Robert Gerald Barlow, III, known to his friends and family as “Jeremy”, was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. After graduating from Hattiesburg High School in 1997, he attended the University of Mississippi, where he graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Finance. As Jeremy graduated from Ole Miss during “the Eli Manning years”, he continued to live, work and enjoy life as a Rebel in Oxford, Mississippi until 2002.
Over the next five years, Jeremy served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Grand Bank for Savings in Hattiesburg, MS; Branch Manager at Trustmark National Bank in Petal, MS; and Assistant Vice-President of Mortgage Lending at Citizens National Bank in Hattiesburg, MS.
When Hurricane Katrina brought her devastation to Mississippi in 2005, Jeremy’s urge to help people grew, and he remembered his past dream of being an attorney. Jeremy began researching law schools and prerequisites for admission, and in 2007, Jeremy began his three-year journey to becoming a lawyer at the Mississippi College School of Law.

During law school, Jeremy served as Judicial Extern to Justice Michael K. Randolph of the Mississippi Supreme Court, where he assisted in drafting many opinions and gained extensive knowledge of our great state’s appeals system.
Since law school graduation and passing the Mississippi bar in 2010, Jeremy has practiced in multiple areas of the law, including personal injury, traumatic brain injury cases, birth injury cases, 18-wheeler/trucking accidents, car wrecks, catastrophic/wrongful death injuries, divorce, child custody, child support, property division, paternity matters, termination of parental rights, both pursuing and defending alienation of affection cases, contempt matters, medical malpractice/wrongful death, breach of contract, wills, estates, probate, guardianship, criminal defense, DUI's, boating under the influence, possession charges, real estate, loan closings, title insurance, several appeals, an adversary proceeding in Bankruptcy Court in a Ponzi scheme case, eminent domain and immigration.
Jeremy has even had one divorce case that involved international laws and treaties regarding a marriage in Tennessee, a divorce in New Zealand, child support arrearages in New Zealand, visitation issues that involved the laws of the United Kingdom, and jurisdiction then residing in Madison County, Mississippi Chancery Court.
Jeremy is currently pursuing cases involving defective coal dust masks/respirators causing black lung disease for coal miners in Kentucky and West Virginia, especially. He is also interested in cases involving talcum powder resulting in ovarian cancer, RoundUp cases where residential and commercial/agricultural users developed non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other forms of cancer, JUUL cases for individuals and representing school districts, silica dust resulting in silicosis, asbestos resulting in mesothelioma and other abestos-induced illnesses and diseases, DePuy Synthes Attune Knee implants for failed knee replacements, Type II Diabetes drug Onglyza (also known as Saxagliptin and Kombiglyze) resulting in heart failure or congestive heart failure (CHF), and other products liability and mass torts cases.

Jeremy is a devoted husband to wife, Ann Regan Barlow, a practicing attorney at the McNinch Law Firm in Brandon, MS, and a proud father to daughter, LeLe (12), and son, Bo (2). The Barlows reside in Rankin County, and they proudly support Hartfield Academy and the Early Learning Center at St. Francis of Assisi.
When not working, which isn't often, you can likely find him spending time with his family kayaking, hiking, playing tennis, at his children's various events, serving his community through his church, exploring new cities, attending concerts, or cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
